All orders are individually packaged with lovely wrapping, shipped via certified courier service. A signature will be required as proof of delivery of the order.

We ensure that each order leaves our offices within 24 hours of receipt. Except weekends and holidays, with a maximum of 2 days. Otherwise, we will send you an email letting you know what happened.

We ship to all parts of the world. Don't worry if where you live there is no branch of the courier company we work with.

If your schedule does not support the delivery date and time, you can indicate the address of your workplace, a relative or a friend. You can also tell us the time frame in which you can be home to carry out the delivery (in the notes, once you complete the order or by sending us an email after your purchase).

Deliveries will be made from Tenerife (Spain). Shipping costs vary by delivery location for different areas and are calculated automatically.
